Max and Jake's Big Race

Party Production Rentals works with a lot of non-profits to help them make their events successful.  There are so many worthy causes, and we want to see them all succeed.  We can often provide ideas to help meet an event's goals as well as special pricing to qualified non-profits.

Our experience putting on events like Max and Jake's Big Race give us an understanding of non-profits and fundraisers that other rental companies can't match. 

We are proud to be a sponsor (and producer) of the 4th Annual Max and Jake's Big Race on February 27th at Mission Trails Regional Park.  The event celebrates the good health of our son Jake and his friend Max.  Both boys were born with serious heart defects;  Jake with an Sinus Venous Atrial Septal Defect and Max with an Ventrical Septal Defect.  They had to undergo open heart surgery at young ages - a scary experience for all involved - but thanks to the care they received from Rady Children's Hospital Heart Institute, they are both happy, healthy boys. 

Max and Jake's Big Race is a 5k/1mi trail run or walk, and the proceeds benefit Rady Children's Hospital Heart Institute. Since the first annual race 4 years ago, Max and Jake's Big Race has raised over $150,000 for Rady's buying much needed new equipment, helping build new and better facilities, and funding heart care for children in need.

Centerpieces and Flower Arrangements!

Party Production Rentals now offers centerpieces and flower arrangements for our clients.  Nothing makes a beautiful table setting complete like the right centerpiece.

We offer floral centerpieces ranging from $15 to $65, and we can help you pick linen and centerpieces that will compliment each other nicely.  We keep your costs down by renting the vases to you vs. requiring you to purchase them like many florists.

Spring Table Ideas

Here are some tables we've had up in our Party Production Rentals showroom over the last few weeks.  Ideas for spring and Valentine's Day.  The first one is a fun table that's fun for showers, birthdays, and garden weddings.  It's simple design, but one that sure to get lots of compliments from your guests!

Paula designed this centerpiece (which we can rent) for another client's wedding - the silver goes great with the pink satin & organza overlay.
